A Passion For Italian Food. Corlie wanted to start a fresh pasta business because she just loves the Italian way of cooking. Good healthy food made with good and uncomplicated ingredients. And so she invited me to join her on this pasta journey.
We just love it to make quality Italian food products and we strive to keep it 100% authentic. Currently we are still in our baby shoes and pretty much a two man show.
